Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 14.04.25
At ViewForever Productions, we understand that plans can change. We’ve put this policy in place to be fair, transparent, and supportive — while also protecting the time and effort we dedicate to each booking.
1. Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. This deposit covers initial admin, planning, and holds your date exclusively.
-
Deposit Amount: [e.g. 50% of total package price]
-
Due Date: Upon booking confirmation
2. Cancellations by the Client
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible in writing.
-
More than 90 days before the wedding: No further payment is required. The deposit remains non-refundable.
-
30–89 days before the wedding: 50% of the total balance is payable.
-
Less than 30 days before the wedding: Full balance is due, as the date is unlikely to be rebooked at short notice.
3. Date Changes
We understand that sometimes plans need to shift. If you need to change your wedding date:
-
We will do our best to accommodate your new date if we are available.
-
If unavailable, it will be treated as a cancellation (see section 2).
-
An admin fee may apply for date changes within 30 days of the original date.
4. Cancellations by ViewForever Productions
In the very unlikely event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, emergency):
-
We will first attempt to find a trusted replacement videographer of similar style and quality.
-
If a replacement cannot be arranged, a full refund (including the deposit) will be issued.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or service limitations caused by events beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions). We will do our best to reschedule or offer a credit toward a future booking.
6. Refund Processing
All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation.
