Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility:

The Referral Plan is open to individuals aged 18 and over.​

Participants must have previously engaged with ViewForever Productions' services or have explicit permission to act as a referrer.​

Referal Code Usage:

Each referrer will receive a unique referral code to share with potential clients.​

Referral codes are intended for individual use and should not be distributed on coupon websites or any platforms intended for mass distribution.​

Referral Discount:

Referred clients must provide the referrer’s unique code at the time of their initial inquiry or booking.​

The 20% discount applies solely to wedding videography packages and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.​

Referrer Rewards:

A referral is considered successful once the referred client has signed a contract and made the required deposit.​

Upon a successful referral, the referrer can choose between:​

A monetary credit applicable toward ViewForever Productions' other products (e.g., couple shoots, anniversary films, date night packages).

A digital gift card from a selected retailer.

Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.​

Limitations:

Self-referrals are not permitted.​

There is no cap on the number of referrals a participant can make; however, ViewForever Productions reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity.​

Program Modifications:

ViewForever Productions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Plan at any time without prior notice.​

Any changes will be communicated via our official website.​

Liability:

ViewForever Productions is not responsible for any technical issues, miscommunications, or other problems that may result in a referral or reward not being recorded or recognized.​

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.​

Any disputes arising in connection with the Referral Plan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.​
